Clare Meehan

President and CEO

Clare Meehan has been the co-owner of AlphaGraphics in the Cultural District since the Center opened in August of 2000. In March of 2008, Alphagraphics became a woman-owned business and Clare became President and CEO. She has a WBENC and WBE certification. Clare's main focus is sales and customer service and she has received numerous sales awards for her achievements within the AlphaGraphics network. She has been one of the top ten producers in the AlphaGraphics system for the last five years. Clare and Bill are residents of downtown Pittsburgh and are committed to the growth and prosperity of the City. Clare serves on the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership Board as well as the Pittsburgh Symphony Association Board. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Pittsburgh. Clare graduated from West Virginia University.

Bill Meehan

Chairman and Treasurer

Bill has been co-owner since the start of AlphaGraphics in 2000. After growing up in the Boston, MA area, he received a B.A. from Harvard University. He also has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He has extensive experience in financial and general management, having worked for companies like Citicorp, Motorola, and Hexcel Corporation.

Rich Cichoski

Manager

Rich has over nine years experience in both digital and offset print mediums, with a focus on project management. Starting at AlphaGraphics over five years ago, he quickly grasped the culture and importance of good customer relationships. He moved on to assist in the creation of the Customer Service Department and was the lead Customer Service Representative that assisted the Head of Sales in achieving growth several years in a row. Rich is now the Manager of the AlphaGraphics team.

Liz Gerschultz

Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager, Liz understands the value of teamwork and the importance of excellent customer service. She participates in our center’s marketing plan and led the development of our new center website. Liz has a MA in Communications from East Carolina University and a BA in English from Mercyhurst College.

Shiloh Massey

Production Scheduler

Currently the Production Scheduler, Shiloh has been with AlphaGraphics since 2005. He is the conductor of workflow within our Center from scheduling work and ordering paper to arranging deliveries. From his previous sales experience, he has a grasp for clients' needs- an excellent asset for his position. Shiloh attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and loves Pittsburgh hockey. Let's go Pens!

Kerri Durica

Outside Sales Representative

Kerri has been a member of the AlphaGraphics staff since April of 2010. She is a graduate of Duquesne University’s Palumbo School of Business with a concentration in Marketing. As an Outside Sales Representative, Kerri will have the opportunity to cultivate and develop existing and new client relationships. She brings five years of marketing and sales experience from her previous jobs with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Kristen Massucci

Project Coordinator

Kristen Massucci has been with AlphaGraphics since March of 2009. As a Project Coordinator, she helps to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Kristen has earned a BA in Digital Media Arts and a BSBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Duquesne University. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys photography, traveling, and being outdoors.

Tracy Schneider

Senior Graphic Designer

Tracy has more than 15 years of experience in the design and communications industry. She has worked with a variety of clients to produce award-winning, strategic concepts. Tracy has a Bachelor's degree from LaRoche College.

Bill Bailie

Pre-Press & e-Commerce Specalist

Bill graduated from LaRoche College with a BS in Graphic and Communication Design. Shortly after graduation, he began working for AlphaGraphics as a pre-press specialist. In addition to preparing files, Bill is the Team Lead for AlphaGraphics On-line ordering and has contributed to our Color Management Certification. And, significantly, Bill's efforts and research have taken our Mailing Services capabilities to the next level.

Kristin Needham

Graphic Designer/Pre-Press Specialist

Kristin joined the Alphagraphics team in March 2010 as a Graphic Designer / Pre-Press Specialist. With more than 11 years experience in the design and publishing industry, Kristin is able to problem solve in a fast and efficient manner, while not sacrificing attention to detail or creativity. Kristin has a BFA from Kutztown University. A fairly recent transplant to Pittsburgh, she enjoys exploring the city in her spare time.

Mike Chapko

Master Pressman

Mike began his career in printing 34 years ago in 1975. His experience ranges from large scale multicolor presses to small sheet-fed 2 color presses. Currently, he runs our Heidelberg and AB Dick presses. Mike's meticulous nature is an asset to his position, and it has earned him a reputation among his peers as having a press clean enough to eat off of.

Rob Zelinsky

Digital Operations Manager

Rob has been in a print for pay management role for over 15 years. He has opened retail locations all over the world including Memphis, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Chicago as well as Amsterdam and Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Currently our Digital Operations Manager, Rob has been with AlphaGraphics almost four years. In addition to running our iGen digital press, he heads our team in Color Management Certification and operates our large format equipment.

Paul Cline

Quality Check & Shipping Specialist

A familiar face, Paul is our Quality Check Specialist and Driver. He performs many tasks in the bindery such as pre-sorting mail pieces, cutting, booklet-making and folding. Paul is also an expert in large format production and shipping. Paul attended the International Academy of Design and Technology, and graduated with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications.

John Wagner

Bindery Specialist

John spent 20 years of his career as an electronic technician working with Data Serve and the last seven years working in varying bindery positions in Pittsburgh. As a Bindery Specialist, John has been at AlphaGraphics for almost two years. His dedication to the customers and attention to detail make him a great asset to our center and a role model to our team.

Bari Roman

Staff Accountant

Bari ensures that our financial house is in good order by taking care of our banking, accounts receivable and payable, and financial and managerial reporting. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon, and two fabulous young children.
