    Clare Meehan has co-owned AlphaGraphics in the Cultural District, along with her husband, Bill, since we opened in August 2000. In March 2008, AlphaGraphics became a woman-owned business, and Clare took on the role of President and CEO. She holds both Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification. Clare’s focus is sales and customer service, and she has garnered numerous sales awards for her achievements within the AlphaGraphics network, including being recognized as one of the top ten producers each year since 2005. Clare and Bill reside in downtown Pittsburgh and are committed to the growth and prosperity of the city. Clare serves on the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership Board, as well as the Pittsburgh Symphony Association Board. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Pittsburgh. Clare is a graduate of West Virginia University.

    Bill Meehan has been co-owner of AlphaGraphics in the Cultural District since our doors opened in 2000, and serves as Chairman and Treasurer of the company. A native of Boston, Bill earned a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. His long and successful career in financial and general management includes work for companies including Citicorp, Motorola, and Hexcel Corporation.

    Rich Cichoski has extensive experience in all aspects of the AlphaGraphics business. Joining the team in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative, he quickly grasped the company's customer centered culture and the importance of strong enduring relationships. He was instrumental in creating AlphaGraphics' Customer Service and Sales Department and assisting the head of sales in achieving significant business growth. Rich was promoted to his current role of Manager in 2008 and excels at team building and strategic thinking.

    Liz Payne joined the AlphaGraphics team in October 2007 as Project Coordinator, and was promoted to Assistant Manager in March 2009. She took the lead in developing and maintaining our website, AGPittsburgh.com. In addition to managing complex client projects and developing and training staff, Liz assists in developing and implementing strategic business and marketing plans for AlphaGraphics. She holds a M.A. in communications from East Carolina University and a B.A. in English from Mercyhurst College.

    Currently serving as Production Scheduler, Shiloh Massey joined AlphaGraphics in 2005 in bindery and, later, customer service. Now master of our gargantuan production board, he deftly directs workflow within the AlphaGraphics center, from scheduling jobs and ordering paper to tracking production and arranging deliveries. His previous sales experience makes him especially attuned to clients’ needs—an invaluable asset in his position. Shiloh attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

She is an energetic team player who always keeps the client’s end-goal in mind.
    Michelle is a graduate of Saint Vincent College where she earned a B.A. in psychology education and Spanish. She is a native of Pittsburgh, having relocated from Austin, Texas where she lived for five years.

    Serving as Digital Operations Manager, Rob Zelinsky has been with AlphaGraphics for since 2005. Rob has worked in a retail print management role for more than 18 years, having opened retail stores worldwide in locations including Memphis, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Amsterdam and Rotterdam in the Netherlands. In addition to running our iGen digital press, he heads the AlphaGraphics team in Color Management Certification, as well as digital equipment research.

He performs myriad tasks in the bindery, such as pre-sorting mail pieces, cutting, booklet-making, folding, and occasional knife swallowing and fire dancing. Paul is an expert in large format production and a real whiz when it comes to shipping and delivery. Paul attended the International Academy of Design and Technology, and graduated with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications.
