When Shorenstein Properties LLC acquired One Oxford Centre, they wanted to shout from the rooftops that they would be making some exciting changes. So they invited us to help generate buzz with powerful messaging, new branding and a fresh aesthetic for their prime unleased space. We whipped up creative signage to renew energy with current tenants and building visitors while setting the stage for dynamic growth with prospective lessees.
